There are a total of 104 Items & 94 Essences, each categorized by their Tier, Price, and Effects, similar to the Resources. They play a role in enhancing the impact of the resources on your land (meaning give you a bonus), for better or worse, particularly if you're not quite in the know. These assets encompass a range of effects, including:

  • Providing extra Copper per turn

  • Increasing resource earnings

  • Modifying the spawn rarity of resources

  • Adding / Removing resources

  • Incorporating / Eliminating resource effects
